The brief behind this project was to create a house where the external design resembled a sea cabin that provided vast sea views and epic sun sets.

After the original building was demolished all that was left was 4 walls. As the original property was so old it had no heating or plumbing so we had to factor this into the new build in the best way possible.

Originally the house had its living space on the ground floor with bedrooms on the first floor, however, when we constructed the roof and upper floor balconies the decision was made to turn the house upside down so that the owners would benefit from the stunning views at all times.

The kitchen and living room now form the entire 1st-floor area with the bedrooms located downstairs. Now the owners enjoy vast sea views and epic sun sets all year round.
